How does the monthly cycle work?
Order by the 5th of the month to receive that month’s box. Orders placed after the 5th of the month will receive the following month’s box.
Orders placed from October 6th through November 5th -> November Box
Orders placed from November 6th through December 5th -> December Box
Boxes are shipped out on the 15th each month (if it falls on a weekend, we’ll aim to ship it out before then).
You are billed on the date of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription cycle (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month).
You can change your subscription at any time in your account preferences.
When am I charged?
For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed at the time of purchase and then each month on the same date.
For 3-month subscriptions, you will be charged every 3 months from the date of purchase.
For 6-month subscriptions, you will be charged every 6 months from the date of purchase.
Are there refunds?
While there are no refunds, you have the option of donating the remaining box(es) on your plan to someone in need.
How can I cancel?
You can make changes to your account at any time using your account preferences. Cancel before your subscription renews the 5th of the month.
If you cancel anytime from the 6th to the 15th, you will still receive that month’s box and the cancellation will be processed for future boxes.

Where do you ship?
Right now, Busy Minds Boxes are only available for shipping in the contiguous United States.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, but we hope you don’t! Each month features a different theme, and we’d hate for you to miss one.
If you do need to skip, you can find that option in your account preferences.
